Black Server Book is early, actively-developed software, provided as-is with no warranty of any kind — including no guarantee of uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Back up anything you can't afford to lose (the Local vault is plain files on your own device for exactly this reason).
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for what's entered under your account. Don't use Black Server Book to harass, stalk, or store data about people without a lawful basis for doing so in your jurisdiction.
The Synced vault is free during beta. When pricing is introduced, anyone already using it will get advance notice before anything changes — see Settings in the app for the current status.
You can delete your Synced data at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Server Book and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
